Concrete Finisher

Job Overview

Ledcor is seeking skilled Concrete Finishers to join our core crew across Nevada and surrounding states. This role is responsible for constructing and finishing concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases for telecommunications shelters, including on‑site drawing interpretation and safety compliance.

• Construct and finish concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases for telecommunications shelters.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and project specifications.
• Set and align wooden forms.
• Perform finishing techniques such as screeding, edging, troweling, raking, and brooming.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site‑specific requirements.

• Current OSHA 10 certificate or willingness to obtain it shortly after hire.
• Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Monday to Friday, 7 am–3 pm; 8 hours/day; overtime rates after 40 hours.
• Travel every four weeks across Nevada and surrounding states.
• Living out allowance.
