Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and clear drain, waste, and vent (DWV) issues in residential and commercial settings
  • Run cable machines, hydro jetters, and other professional drain equipment
  • Use sewer cameras to inspect lines and clearly explain findings
  • Locate clogs, breaks, and problem areas and help determine repair solutions
  • Perform preventative maintenance and make smart recommendations to customers
  • Communicate clearly with customers, dispatch, and teammates
  • Follow safety standards and industry best practices
  • Keep tools, equipment, and company vehicles clean, organized, and job‑ready

Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the plumbing trade, plumbing service, or related field
  • Sales experience preferred and strongly valued
  • Comfortable interacting with customers and explaining solutions, earning through results.
License & Certifications
  • Driver’s Licenses (non-commercial) – must be state‑specific.
