As a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician, you will be responsible for the inspection, testing, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and installation of fire sprinkler systems in commercial, industrial, healthcare, and residential Multi-Family Facilities.

• Perform inspections, testing, and maintenance of wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, standpipe, and fire pump systems.
• Diagnose system deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Repair sprinkler system components, including valves, piping, heads, risers, and related equipment.
• Conduct flow tests, trip tests, and acceptance testing in accordance with NFPA standards.
• Complete detailed inspection and service reports using mobile technology.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers and management.
• Maintain compliance with NFPA, OSHA, state, and local codes.
• Participate in emergency service calls and on-call rotations as needed.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in excellent condition.
• Mentor apprentices and junior technicians when applicable.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of fire sprinkler inspection, service, or installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of water-based fire protection systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
• Experience reading blueprints and construction drawings.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage service schedules.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in mechanical spaces and elevated environments.

Preferred Qualification

• NICET Certification (Level I, II, or higher).
• Nevada State sprinkler license, G-card.
• Fire pump experience.
• Experience with inspection software and mobile reporting platforms.
• Leadership or mentoring experience.
