• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to job site requirements.
• Conduct pre‑operation checks and perform basic maintenance as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
• Use hand signals or radio communication to coordinate with ground workers.
• Load and unload materials from trucks using machinery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid heavy equipment operator’s license.
• Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good hand‑eye coordination and physical stamina.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors.

Starting salary: $1,200 per week.
