Heavy equipment Operator

We are looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Las Vegas. In this role you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and backhoes to move materials and perform tasks related to construction and maintenance. You will also be responsible for conducting routine maintenance on the equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to project specifications.
• Conduct pre‑operational checks on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating equipment.
• Perform manual labor tasks as needed such as shoveling or moving materials by hand.
• Communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.
• Complete daily logs and reports related to equipment usage and maintenance.
• Keep work area clean and free of debris at all times.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or similar setting.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints and other technical documents.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Excellent hand‑eye coordination and spatial awareness.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Flexibility with schedule including weekends if needed.

$1400 per month.
