Job Summary
We are looking for a Residential Lead Plumbing Installer. The successful candidate should be able to work efficiently, have great attention to detail, be organized, and be able to perform in a fast‑paced environment. This is a full‑time position and includes rotating on‑calls. This position has high earning potential, pays by piece rate, and is eligible for commissions on any upsells.

- Install water heaters, boilers, water supply lines, drain and sewer lines, gas lines, and other residential plumbing systems and equipment.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and local codes.
- Maintain jobsite safety, organization, and team productivity.
- Use various plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, monometers, etc.).
- Demonstrate respect and compassion when communicating with clients on work performed and on recommendations for repairs or replacement.
- Lead and mentor plumbing apprentices by providing training, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.
- Document details on all calls including estimates and recommendations.
- Complete all tasks per company quality and safety standards.
- 2+ years of residential plumbing installation experience
- Previous experience as residential plumber
- Experience with re‑pipes, drain/sewer systems, water heaters, and residential plumbing installations
- Knowledge of boiler piping, circulator pumps, expansion tanks, and zone valves preferred
- Proficient with PEX, copper, PVC, ABS, and cast iron piping
- Knowledge of local plumbing and mechanical codes
- Journeyman license is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work cohesively with team members, apprentices, and management
- Strong communication and professionalism with customers and team members
Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.
Pay Range: $80,000—$150,000 USD.
