Special Services (Carpenter) – Las Vegas, NV

• Complete maintenance projects listed on small project and punch lists.
• Operate all small hand and power tools (table saw, chop saw, drills, etc.) safely.
• Determine required project materials and equipment, coordinating with subcontractors and owners.
• Document progress, update schedules, and input information into an iPad or computer.
• Assist with callbacks, warranties, or emergencies, which may occur after hours.

• Basic working knowledge of hanging and patching drywall, metal stud framing, minor plumbing, minor electrical, and general handyman repair skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
• Ability to prioritize and multi‑task within time constraints.
• Valid driver’s license, background check, and MVR check.

High School Diploma. Prior maintenance/handyman experience is a plus.

• Operation of standard power tools used in construction.
• Use of hands and fingers.
• Reach with hands and arms.
• Stand, walk, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Talk or hear with others on jobsite and via phone/computer.
• Frequently lift and/or move 50 pounds or more.

• Moving mechanical parts.
• High, precarious places.
• Risk of electrical shock.
• Outside weather conditions, such as extreme heat and extreme cold.
• Moderate to loud noise levels.
