We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Pool Maintenance Technician who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a team culture that values growth, accountability, and positive energy.

• Maintain sparkling clean and safe swimming pools
• Vacuum, brush, skim, and remove debris
• Clean baskets, filters, skimmers, and tile lines
• Test and balance water chemistry
• Document service updates and photos in our DPS Pool Service App
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
• Represent the DPS standard with pride and professionalism

• Must own a pickup truck with an open bed
• Reliable, motivated, and self‑driven
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in Las Vegas weather
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Able to pass pre‑employment drug screening and background check
• Pool experience is a plus — but we can train the right person
