You will be responsible for managing and leading safety and environmental programs, overseeing job costing, quality reporting, forecasting, and productivity, and coordinating all labor, materials, and equipment. You will also be responsible for supervising, mentoring, and developing a team of 15+ electricians, participating in all field work activities, and collaborating with support departments such as prefabrication, purchasing, and accounting. Responsibilities:
1. Lead, manage and provide guidance for safety and environmental programs to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
2. Monitor job costing, quality reporting, forecasting, and productivity to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
3. Coordinate all labor, materials, and equipment, making sure that everything is in place for the successful completion of projects.
4. Organize and coordinate all subcontractor activities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
5. Complete field administration tasks, including timesheets, quantity reports, purchases, and job diaries.
6. Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of 15+ electricians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
7. Participate in all field work activities, demonstrating a hands-on approach and willingness to work with tools when necessary.
8. Collaborate with support departments such as prefabrication, purchasing, and accounting, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow across the organization.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on electrical work. 2. A proven track record of delivering safe projects on schedule and within budget.
3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
4. Experience managing and providing leadership for safety and environmental programs.
5. Strong skills in job costing, quality reporting, forecasting, and productivity.
6. Experience coordinating labor, materials, and equipment.
7. Experience organizing and coordinating subcontractor activities. 8.
