Universal Hospital Services Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for the maintenance of buildings, grounds, equipment and utilities. The role includes performing specialty tasks (carpentry, painting, etc.) and working across trades when trained.
Minimum two years of experience preferred or a related certification. Must have basic mathematical aptitude and strong troubleshooting abilities to diagnose problems and propose corrective actions for mechanical and electrical systems.
