We are seeking a hard‑working, innovative, detail‑oriented and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full‑time Pest Control Technician position located on the road in the area around Las Vegas, NV. This position will report to our office in Las Vegas, NV once per week.

• Hourly rate: $19.00 – 21.00

• Running a daily route to resolve customer pest concerns and issues.
• Maintaining truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keeping accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mixing, applying, and working with pesticides following state and federal laws.
• Acting as subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient pest solutions.
• Maintaining and servicing all route customers according to company standards and procedures.
• Advising customers of potential problems.
• Keeping management informed of any problems encountered on service routes.
• Maintaining proper inventory of pesticides in usage.
• Being assigned a route in local area.
• Carrying a product backpack weighing approximately 50 lbs.
• Work schedule includes every other Saturday.

• No experience required; training provided.
• A US driver’s license valid for a minimum of 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 4 years).
• Drug test and background check performed on all new hires.
