Hotel Maintenance Engineer

The Shift Engineer is a full-time position responsible for ensuring that all physical building assets and equipment remain in good repair with minimal downtime. This includes performing day-to-day maintenance and preventative maintenance projects throughout the hotel. Specialized skills such as HVAC, boilers, plumbing, and electrical are highly desired. CPO Certification is required; training will be provided if necessary.

Must be able to read and interpret documents such as blueprints and schematics, procedure manuals, OSHA standards (Lock Out/Tag Out, SDS, etc.).
