Picerne Real Estate Group is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians for the Las Vegas area. Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in operations of an apartment community and ensure high standards of curb appeal and resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities include turnover work, completing requests promptly, and maintaining common areas. Candidates should have skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related trades, with a valid driver’s license and ability to respond to emergencies.
