Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour DOE

Pinnacle Staffing Group is seeking a skilled and dependable Commercial Facilities Maintenance Technician to support commercial properties throughout the Las Vegas Valley. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of building systems and facility components. The ideal candidate has strong experience in commercial maintenance, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work independently while delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities- Perform routine, preventive, and reactive maintenance on commercial facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and water heaters.
- Perform minor electrical repairs, lighting maintenance, and fixture replacements.
- Complete drywall, painting, carpentry, plaster, and general handyman repairs.
- Repair and maintain doors, hardware, intercoms, and building fixtures.
- Perform ceiling tile, wall tile, and flooring repairs.
- Assist with HVAC inspections, filter changes, and basic maintenance tasks.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and service calls.
- Conduct facility inspections and identify maintenance concerns before they become larger issues.
- Assist with fire and health code corrections and safety‑related repairs.
- Perform demolition, disposal, and remodeling support as needed.
- Troubleshoot phone lines, LAN cables, and related facility systems when necessary.
- Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and maintenance documentation.
- Operate safely while following company policies and OSHA standards.
- Provide professional customer service while interacting with tenants, property managers, and business owners.
- 5+ years of commercial facilities maintenance experience.
- Strong plumbing troubleshooting and repair experience.
- Working knowledge of electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to diagnose maintenance issues and determine appropriate repairs.
- Experience working independently in commercial environments.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and work order systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple service calls and projects.
- Must have flexible availability and be willing to work varying schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional emergency service calls as needed.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Commercial property maintenance experience.
- HVAC maintenance experience.
- Fire extinguisher inspection or life safety experience.
- Remodeling, tenant improvement, or construction background.
- Experience servicing retail, office, industrial, healthcare, or other commercial facilities.
