Auto Window Tint Technician at BMW Las Vegas - Per Flag

Auto Nation is seeking a driven, highly motivated Window Tint and Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer to join a fast‑paced industry with long‑term career opportunity. Candidates will install both products on new inventory and customer vehicles. Flat‑rate technicians earn $22+ per hour based on experience, training and certifications.

Act as a subject‑matter expert in Auto Gear Window Tint and PPF installation, conforming to dealership and/or manufacturer specifications and time allowances. Perform quality work without direct supervision and work on all assigned tasks. Operate computer and plotter systems for tint/PPF products. Maintain attention to detail for consistent, high‑quality installation. Follow company safety procedures and demonstrate behaviors that align with the company’s vision, mission and values.

Adhere to all policies, procedures and safety standards.

Valid driver’s license, passion for cars and customer service. Ability to operate a computer and plotter system. Strong attention to detail. Follow processes to ensure quality and safety. Valid in‑state driver’s license with an acceptable, safe driving record. Ability to read and comprehend written instructions. General mechanical skills. Able to drive manual transmission vehicles. Manual dexterity and good judgment to operate power and hand tools safely.

High school diploma or equivalent. Technical school experience preferred. At least one year’s experience as a specialty tint technician in an aftermarket or auto dealership preferred. Experience working in a fast‑paced environment with varied schedules and hours.
