SPAR Marketing Force is seeking Overnight Fixture Team Members to join their growing reset and remodel team in Las Vegas. These hands-on roles involve working overnight in retail environments, supporting fixture installations, merchandising resets, and remodel projects. Ideal candidates are reliable, comfortable with physical work, and eager to contribute to high-quality retail transformations.

• Wage: $18 – $20 per hour

• Ability to work overnight shifts (8:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Experience with fixture installation, construction, merchandising, or retail preferred
• Ability to stand and work for 10+ hours
• Experience using basic hand tools and power tools
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights up to 40 feet
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Personal cell phone and valid email address
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Appropriate work footwear, including steel-toe shoes/boots or inserts

• Previous retail remodel, fixture installation, or big-box retail experience
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, and planograms
• Experience operating equipment such as scissor lifts, forklifts, order pickers, and reach trucks
