Home Inspector

Position Summary

A growing national company is seeking individuals to join a team of professional home inspectors in Las Vegas, Nevada. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, articulate, outgoing, personable, and presentable, and follows our standard process to complete an accurate, thorough quality home inspection and detailed report.

• Basic knowledge of residential home systems and elements.
• Work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl spaces and attics, stand for long periods.
• Solid computer technology skills necessary for report writing and communications.
• Stay current on latest company initiatives, policies, and procedures.
• Work independently with a strong work ethic.
• Travel to home inspection site.
• Inspect property according to State of Nevada Licensed Home Inspector Standards.
• Produce written digital report on or off site for same‑day delivery to client.

• 2+ years of construction, real estate, or home repair experience.
• Strong understanding of building codes, laws and government regulations.
• Degree, certification or license in construction field preferred.
• Valid Nevada driver’s license.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Physically fit for climbing ladders, walking on roofs, accessing crawl spaces and attics, and standing for long periods.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• May be required to enter homes that contain allergens such as pets, dust, mold, or other.
