Systems Integration Technician - Experienced Service​/Install

We seek an experienced Technician/Installer to install commercial electronic security systems such as Access Control Systems, CCTV/Video Monitoring, Intrusion Alarm Systems,  Systems, Intercoms/Emergency Phones, and Parking Control/Turnstiles from start to finish. The candidate will interact with customers, vendors, and service providers to troubleshoot potential issues and discuss industry trends.

• Installation of Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, Emergency Phone, and Parking Revenue Systems
• Interact with customers, vendors, and other contractors on-site to coordinate successful installations
• Drive to job sites as instructed, assess customer needs, and complete repairs to customer satisfaction
• Seek and promote business opportunities for service, sales, and preventative maintenance contracts; acquire product knowledge
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure the job site is clean and clear of debris after each shift
• Ensure all job tickets and timesheets are completed and submitted to payroll before cutoff
• Collect CODs when applicable and report issues with collection or scope of work changes
• Maintain inventory on truck and understand all parts, part numbers, and descriptions
• Other duties as assigned by the manager

Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with willingness to work overtime, weekends, or emergency on‑call rotations. Start and end times may vary, with potential shifts beginning as early as 5:00 AM.

• 2‑4 years of experience installing electronic security systems for commercial facilities preferred
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Electro/mechanical aptitude
• Understanding of relay logic
• Basic networking skills
