Preventative Maintenance Technician

CS Group is looking for a Preventative Maintenance Technician to join our Las Vegas team! CS Group is a national beverage manufacturer of premium juice, juice mixers, lemonade and more! • Cleaning and maintaining frozen equipment, bar guns, and rack systems
• Great customer service capabilities and positive attitude
• Repairs and performs preventative maintenance on beverage dispensing equipment
• Drives to location, evaluates the situation, and performs necessary work
• Responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, lubing, replacing small parts on frozen machines and bar guns
• Responsible for checking product quality, adjust mix ratio, and report machine conditions
• Responsible for cleaning and rehanging racks, CO2 pumps and connectors
• Unloads and reloads products as necessary
• After each client call, completes paperwork (e.g., what work was completed, what parts needed to be fixed or replaced, what equipment needed to be repaired or replaced.)
• Must have your own vehicle. Gas reimbursement will be provided

• 21 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to work independently

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a routine basis and work in a variety of weather conditions with exposure to the outdoor elements
• Standing for long periods
• Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, and climbing. Frequent use of ladders and steps for accessing equipment
• Safe driving record with no driving restrictions
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Problem‑solving abilities
• Good written and verbal communication skills

• This position may require lifting, carrying, pulling, and moving between 20 and 50 pounds repeatedly over a workday. This position also requires kneeling, squatting, crouching, crawling, and bending when making repairs, often in low places.

• Equipment installation knowledge (i.e., racks, pumps, bar guns, beverage dispensing products)
• Serving customers (e.g., resolving customer issues, ensuring appropriate communication with store managers, following up on customer requests)
• Beverage or refrigeration experience preferred (frozen cocktail machines and bar guns)
