The Maintenance Mechanic is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV, responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial laundry and facility equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation. Day-to-day tasks include performing scheduled inspections, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, completing corrective repairs, and conducting preventive maintenance on production machinery and support systems. The role involves monitoring equipment performance, documenting service activities, coordinating with operations staff to minimize downtime, and following safety and compliance procedures.

The Maintenance Mechanic also assists with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives to support reliable production and quality standards.

• Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance for production and facility systems.
• Demonstrated experience with Maintenance & Repair and Corrective Maintenance for mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Ability to perform Preventive Maintenance, including scheduled inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and component replacement.
• Knowledge of safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Experience working with industrial laundry, manufacturing, or similar high-throughput environments is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and work orders, and accurately document maintenance activities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in mechanics, industrial maintenance, or a related field is beneficial.
• Capacity to work on-site, stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and respond to urgent maintenance needs, including occasional off-hours support.
