- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Perform accurate troubleshooting and complete professional repairs
- Communicate findings and recommendations to homeowners
- Complete detailed job notes, photos, and documentation
- Follow home warranty company procedures and reporting requirements
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver s license with a clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Experience working home warranty service calls preferred
- Familiarity with home warranty claim documentation, coverage limitations, and authorization processes is a plus
- Ability to clearly document failures, improper installations, missing components, and non-covered conditions
- Comfortable handling both retail and home warranty customers
- Understands the importance of thorough documentation and photos
- Can explain repair options professionally and confidently
- Takes pride in quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
