We are hiring for an HDD Drill Operation onsite in Las Vegas.
The ideal candidate is ready to join an established underground utility contractor delivering major fiber optic and utility infrastructure projects across the region. We're looking for an experienced HDD Drill Operator who takes pride in safe, high-quality work and wants long-term career progression with modern equipment and a supportive team.
Responsibilities- Operate Vermeer and Ditch Witch HDD drilling equipment
- Complete pilot bores, reaming and pullbacks
- Install HDPE conduit and underground utilities
- Review utility locates and bore plans
- Monitor drilling fluids throughout projects
- Troubleshoot changing ground conditions
- Inspect and maintain drilling equipment
- Complete production reports
- Follow all company safety procedures
- HDD drilling experience
- Experience operating Vermeer or Ditch Witch rigs
- Ability to read utility maps and construction drawings
- Knowledge of bore planning and drilling fluids
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Safety-focused mindset
- Valid driver's license
