DTLV Holdings LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Las Vegas, NV! This is a great opportunity to be a hands-on problem solver in a fast-paced environment where your work truly makes a difference every day.

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on facilities, equipment, and systems
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address potential issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs as needed
• Document completed maintenance tasks and report ongoing issues to management

• Prior experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related trade
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, self-motivated work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in various conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Valid driver's license preferred
