Encore is seeking a hands-on Rigging Specialist to perform rigging in hotel/convention center environments in Las Vegas. You will supervise rigging crew, coordinate with venue clients, and ensure safety and quality per Encore SOPs.
Responsibilities include advancing and executing rigging plots, inspecting hardware, maintaining safety, training staff, and ensuring hang-points and motor cables are secure. On-site work with irregular hours, weekends, holidays; ETCP certification preferred.
