Handyman, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Building Maintenance

We are in search of a skilled Handyman to join our property management team in Las Vegas.

As a Handyman you will be responsible for completing various maintenance and repair tasks for our properties.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work and carpentry.
• Respond to tenant requests for repairs and maintenance in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any potential issues or necessary repairs.
• Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for maintenance work.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance equipment and tools.
• Communicate with property managers to provide updates on completed work and any ongoing issues.

• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting techniques.
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
• Good communication skills for interacting with tenants and property managers.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in property management or hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or other languages.
