We are a construction company based in Las Vegas and we are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for preparing and applying plaster to various surfaces such as walls, ceilings, and other structures.

• Prepare surfaces for plastering by removing old paint, wallpaper or debris
• Mix and apply plaster to surfaces using hand tools or spray equipment
• Smooth and level plaster to achieve desired finish
• Create decorative textures on walls and ceilings using specialized tools
• Repair cracks or holes in existing plaster
• Follow safety procedures when working at heights or with hazardous materials

• Proven experience as a Plasterer
• Knowledge of different types of plaster and their application techniques
• Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
• Attention to detail and ability to produce smooth finishes
• Physical stamina for standing, bending, climbing ladders and carrying heavy materials
• Safety-conscious mindset
