AMH is seeking a Field Technician to manage tenant turns and maintain property quality across a portfolio of single-family homes. You will perform move-out inspections, coordinate with contractors, and ensure work meets our standards.
The role requires lifting up to 75 pounds, using ladders, and troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are preferred, OSHA knowledge is required.
