Solar Panel Installation Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Panel Installation Technician to join our team in Las Vegas. In this role you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panel systems for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in solar panel installation with knowledge of electrical wiring, roofing and general construction. As a Solar Panel Installation Technician you will work closely with our team of engineers and project managers to ensure a high-quality installation process and provide exceptional customer service.

• Install solar panels on roofs or other structures according to engineering plans
• Perform electrical wiring for solar panel systems
• Conduct site surveys and assess potential obstructions for optimal panel placement
• Ensure all equipment is properly installed and functioning correctly
• Troubleshoot any issues with the system or equipment
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs and maintenance
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding the installation process and provide excellent customer service
• Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Technical degree or certification in solar panel installation preferred
• Prior experience in solar panel installation required
• Knowledge of electrical wiring, roofing and general construction techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow engineering plans accurately
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Ability to work at heights safely up to 30 feet and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
