Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman General Maintenance Worker to join our team in Las Vegas, USA. As a Handyman you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to general maintenance repairs and installations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and have experience in various trades.
Responsibilities- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and basic carpentry
- Complete minor electrical and plumbing repairs
- Install fixtures, shelves, and other items as needed
- Inspect buildings for any potential maintenance issues
- Respond to service requests in a timely manner
- Maintain inventory of tools and equipment
- Follow safety procedures while performing tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general maintenance or related field
- Knowledge of various trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals
- Basic understanding of building codes and safety regulations
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Must be physically fit to perform manual labor tasks
Starting salary for this position is $1300 per month.
LocationThis job is located in Las Vegas, USA. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the United States. Nationality Preference will be given to applicants from Pakistan due to language proficiency but all nationalities are welcome to apply.
Working HoursThis is a full-time position with a standard work schedule of 40 hours per week. However, some flexibility may be required for urgent jobs or emergency situations.
English SkillsFluency in English is not strictly required for this position, but basic communication skills are preferred. Candidates must also have the ability to read manuals and follow instructions in English.
ExperiencePrevious experience in general maintenance or a related field is required for this position.
