National Horizon Real Estate Services in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Service Technician II for a 500+ unit community to perform advanced troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and hands-on repair across all major building systems.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of multifamily maintenance experience and strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair skills, plus EPA Type II or Universal certification (CPO within 90 days). This is an on-site, full-time role with growth opportunities.
