ABOUTTHE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - LED Technology & Integration to manage the execution of high-end, technically complex LED video projects within some of the most demanding environments in hospitality and entertainment. Our projects go far beyond traditional rectangular LED displays. We specialize in creative LED, architectural LED, fine-pitch displays, large-format video installations, digital spectaculars, immersive environments, and highly customized LED systems designed for casinos, nightclubs, hotels, resorts, restaurants, entertainment venues, and other high-profile spaces.
WHATYOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Manage multiple custom LED integration projects from kickoff through completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and installation timelines.
- Coordinate between clients, general contractors, architects, consultants, engineers, manufacturers, installers, and internal teams.
- Participate in pre-construction meetings, coordination meetings, site walks, and project closeout.
- Review architectural, structural, electrical, and technology drawings to identify coordination issues before they become field problems.
- Coordinate requirements with high-voltage electrical contractors and low-voltage/AV contractors
. - Understand and coordinate LED system requirements including electrical power, data distribution, signal pathways, equipment locations, structural attachment, ventilation/thermal considerations, service access, and installation sequencing.
- Coordinate field measurements and site conditions with engineering and fabrication teams.
- Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, production schedules, shipping, installation progress, and punch-list items.
- Work closely with LED manufacturers and vendors to ensure equipment is produced and delivered according to project specifications and schedule.
- Coordinate logistics for large and complex installations, including site access, staging, equipment delivery, lifts, installation crews, and other trades.
- Identify potential schedule, design, installation, or coordination conflicts early and develop solutions before they impact the project.

- Ensure completed installations meet the company's expectations for quality, precision, performance, and visual execution

- 3-7+ years of project management experience in construction, AV integration, LED displays, electrical contracting, architectural technology, entertainment technology, or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of the construction process and how technology systems integrate into active construction projects.
- Experience coordinating with general contractors, electricians, low-voltage contractors, architects, engineers, and specialty trades.
- Ability to read and understand architectural, electrical, structural, and low-voltage drawings.
- Familiarity with construction documentation including RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, schedules, and punch lists.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate professionally with everyone from field installers and electricians to architects, general contractors, executives, and ownership groups.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in fast-moving project environments.
- Willingness to be hands-on and spend time on job sites when necessary.
- Ability to travel for projects as required.
A basic working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar CAD software is highly preferred. We do not expect this position to replace our engineering or drafting teams, but the ideal candidate should be capable of opening, navigating, and reviewing CAD drawings; understanding dimensions, elevations, sections, details, and architectural plans; performing basic markups or drawing modifications; communicating drawing changes clearly to engineering and drafting teams;
and understanding how LED systems interface with architectural, structural, electrical, and low-voltage drawings.
