Join a leading provider of data center services as a Critical Systems Technician III, HVAC, based in Las Vegas, NV. This role is essential to ensuring the reliability and performance of mechanical systems supporting high-availability environments, such as data centers. As the lead technician, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of complex HVAC systems, mentor junior staff, and play a key role in upholding contractual commitments to clients.

- Lead and perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on all HVAC equipment, including air and water-cooled chillers, centrifugal and screw package chillers, natural gas boilers, unit heaters, electric duct heaters, cooling towers, and various water pumps.
- Operate, maintain, and upgrade Building Automation Systems (BAS), including DDC, pneumatic, and variable frequency drive controls.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide technical guidance to junior technicians, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations related to mechanical services and maintenance.
- Respond to after-hours and emergency service calls as required, including participation in on-call rotations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and system performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor to support facility operations.
- Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance as an essential function of the role.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 7 years of large commercial HVAC service experience required; 8 years preferred.
- Completion of a basic air conditioning theory class.
- Proficiency in the use of HVAC diagnostic tools and instruments.
- Experience with DDC, pneumatic, and variable frequency drive controls.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software.
- Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Universal Certification preferred.
- OSHA Certification preferred
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Ability to obtain security clearance preferred.
