RISE CONSTRUCTION LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated Remediation Technician to join our growing team in Las Vegas, NV. This is a hands‑on role where you'll play a critical part in restoring properties and making a real difference for clients facing environmental or structural challenges. • Perform water, fire, mold, and environmental remediation services on residential and commercial properties
• Set up containment areas and negative air pressure systems to prevent cross‑contamination
• Operate drying equipment, air scrubbers, dehumidifiers, and moisture detection tools
• Safely remove and dispose of damaged or hazardous materials in compliance with regulations
• Document job site conditions, progress, and completed work through photos and written reports
• Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and project managers on‑site
• Follow OSHA safety protocols and company procedures at all times

• Prior experience in remediation, restoration, demolition, or a related construction field preferred
• Knowledge of mold remediation, water mitigation, or hazardous material removal is a plus
• IICRC certification (WRT, ASD, or AMRT) preferred but not required
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, kneeling, and working in confined spaces
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
• Dependable, hardworking, and a team‑oriented attitude
