Olen Living is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for the Red Rock Villa community in Las Vegas, NV. You will perform apartment and building maintenance, including turnovers, HVAC, plumbing and electrical repairs, while delivering excellent resident service.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of related maintenance experience, strong customer service, and good communication skills. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and respond to emergencies after hours.
