Lead Cable Technician

Las Vegas, NV | Pay: $20–$33/hr + OT Travel:
Per Diem + Mileage + Drive Time

Anistar is seeking an experienced Lead Cable Technician to lead and perform structured cabling installations on commercial projects. This role involves installing, terminating, testing, and troubleshooting voice, data, fiber, and security/access control systems.

Travel is required. Overtime is available, and travel expenses are covered.

Lead cable installation crews and work independently in the field

Pull, route, install, terminate, test, and label structured cabling

Install and terminate copper and fiber

Install racks, IDF/MDF equipment, and cable support systems

Perform Corning Uni Cam and/or Panduit Opti Cam terminations

Troubleshoot network and POS systems

Work from lifts as needed

Maintain quality, safety, and production standards

2+ years of experience leading commercial voice/data installations

Strong experience with both fiber and copper

Experience with structured cabling installation and termination

Corning Uni Cam or Panduit Opti Cam experience

IDF/MDF and rack installation experience preferred

Fiber termination and testing experience preferred

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Familiarity with BICSI, EIA/TIA, or NEC standards

Basic telecom hand tools required

Two professional references required

Must be willing to use your own vehicle for travel

Daily per diem

Mileage reimbursement
