Goettl Las Vegas location is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer who will manage residential installations from start to finish, including equipment setup, ductwork, and wiring. You will lead a crew, ensure code compliance, and verify performance of new systems.
The role offers training paid hourly for 2–6 weeks, then flat-rate plus unit pay. Strong candidates have at least 2 years leading installs, EPA Type II, OSHA-10, and a clean driving record.
