Install Manager - Water Filtration Systems

Location:Las Vegas, NV

Join Puragain Water as an Install Manager and take your careerto the next level. We’re looking for an experienced professional tooversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of water filtration systems for both residential and commercial properties. This role isideal for a seasoned plumber with strong leadership skills looking to contribute to a growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the installation team, ensuring all projects are completed to the highest standard.
• Overseethe installation, maintenance, and repair of water filtration systems in both residential and commercial settings.
• Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues related to water filtration.
• Ensure that the crew is doing the 1-2installations completed daily, maintaining high standards ofquality and safety.
• Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Train andmentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any client questions or concerns.
• Enforce all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 10 years of plumbing experience
  .
• At least 5 years of management experience
  , leading a teamof installers or technicians.
• Ability to oversee and complete multiple installs per day.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage ateam.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Reliable truck or van for transportation to job sites.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with other team members.
