Omninet Capital LLC is seeking a detail-oriented HVAC Technician to install, maintain and repair HVAC systems for a large residential portfolio. The role requires a Florida HVAC/Air Conditioning Certified License and at least 5 years of experience, with a valid driver's license and strong troubleshooting skills.
You will diagnose faults, perform routine maintenance, and support a Preventative Maintenance program across multiple properties, traveling as needed to ensure safety and tenant comfort.
