Maintenance Service Technician

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Service Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, completing maintenance tasks, and ensuring equipment or systems operate safely and efficiently. • Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, systems, or machinery as assigned.

• Diagnose technical issues using appropriate tools, testing methods, and service procedures.
• Document work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future service.
• Communicate clearly with customers, supervisors, and team members regarding service status and completed work.
• Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain service vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working condition.
• Order or request parts and materials as needed to complete repairs and maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing the organization professionally.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or related training preferred.
• Previous experience in service, maintenance, repair, or a related technical field preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, service instructions, or work orders.
• Basic computer skills for documenting service activities and using company systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, stand, bend, and perform physical tasks associated with field or shop work.
• Valid driver’s license may be required, depending on the role.
