Job Overview

In‑Home Family Services Specialist – provides in‑home intervention to children and families to help them develop positive solutions through skill‑based, solution‑focused strategies and community resources.

Starting pay: $22–$23.50 per hour. Full‑time or part‑time. Hiring bonus: $3,000. Benefits include reduced or no‑cost medical visits, free mental health visits, generous 401(k) match, tuition assistance, paid time off, and flexible scheduling.

• Provide in‑home support and teach practical skills to strengthen families.
• Connect families with community resources such as schools, healthcare, and social services.
• Offer crisis intervention and guidance when needed.
• Build strong relationships with families and collaborate with professionals such as teachers, doctors, and social workers.
• Develop service plans, monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor to meet organization needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children and families.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
