Job Overview
Provides in‑home intervention to children and their families using a skill‑based, solution‑focused model that teaches practical skills and behavioral techniques while accessing community resources and support. Make a difference in a child’s life as a Family Case Manager in Las Vegas.
Starting Pay: $22 – $23.50/hr with an additional $1/hr increase for bilingual candidates. Full‑time shifts include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and on‑call hours. Hiring Bonus: $3,000.
Responsibilities- Provide in‑home support and teach practical skills that strengthen families.
- Connect families with community resources such as schools, healthcare, and social services.
- Offer crisis intervention and guidance when needed.
- Build strong relationships with families and collaborate with professionals like teachers, doctors, and social workers.
- Develop service plans, monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field.
- At least one year of experience working with children and families.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.

Reasonably expected to maintain sufficient strength, agility, and endurance to perform during stressful physical, mental, and emotional situations. Duties are performed in a variety of environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, sometimes under adverse weather conditions or in homes with substandard living conditions.
