• Deliver training programs to internal customers and employees via instructor‑led training, webinars, and eLearning modules.
• Act as an ambassador for Aristocrat products and services.
• Maintain training administration records of classes taught, attendees, and student evaluations.
• Participate in the development of training program content consistent with adult learning methodology.
• Assist with video capture of step‑by‑step processes to build front line abilities work training materials.
• Develop lessons and videos for employees working directly with customers whose abilities conform to defined standards.
• Conduct training and certification for mechanized warehouse vehicles and handle certification training documentation.
• Develop approaches to evaluate achievement of learning objectives in the classroom.
• Provide practical assembly expertise to new and existing employees on Aristocrat Gaming Machines.
• Maintain and prepare technical classroom environments.
• Assist with the planning and execution of Aristocrat new product implementation to assembly lines.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Adult Learning, Training, or a related field.
• Proven training delivery skills.
• Ability to deliver virtual and/or classroom trainings.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience, including at least one year of gaming experience in Casino related gaming and/or Casino Gaming content.
• Demonstrated self‑motivation and proficiency in advising projects with minimal direction.
• Outstanding ability to communicate effectively through both written documents and verbal interactions; speaks clearly and persuasively.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with all levels of management.
• Strong interpersonal, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle open‑ended situations, and prioritize requests.
• Ability to operate and instruct others in Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) certification.
• Gain certification as a Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) instructor trainer.

$43,400 – $80,600 per year. Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
