The Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada (CCSN) Emergency Shelter Coordinator works in coordination with Case Management staff to address the broad array of client needs. The Emergency Shelter Coordinator engages with governmental, faith-based, nonprofit service providers and local businesses to develop a cohesive, collaborative, and coordinated system of care that creates a seamless, client-centered system of case management to extend resources to Southern Nevada’s homeless population.

  • Review programs and eligibility requirements, outreach to current and potential partner agencies, monitor social action, data collection and program evaluation.

  • Ability to understand CCSN operations and procedures.
  • Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Respect for confidentiality involving both clients and employees.
Qualifications
