The typical starting range for this position is between $60,083.92 and $66,321.42 DOE.

Position Summary
The Choice Neighborhood Initiative Case Manager (grant-funded) is responsible for providing intense case management, referral, and seamless coordination with community and supportive services activities that promote economic self-sufficiency for families, enhance quality of life for seniors and disabled people, and increase opportunities for families who formerly lived or are currently living at Marble Manor. This role involves assessing the family’s needs, developing an individualized plan for each family member, providing resources and referrals as needed, and tracking referrals and their outcomes.
