Position

Options Foster Program Recruitment & Retention Specialist (Hybrid)

In this role, you will recruit, train, and support foster families while helping ensure licensing compliance and quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement foster parent recruitment and marketing strategies
  • Conduct home evaluations and quality assurance visits
  • Facilitate agency, county, and state-required foster parent trainings
  • Coordinate licensing, renewals, and background clearance processes
  • Serve as liaison with licensing authorities
  • Conduct compliance and safety home visits
  • Investigate complaints and prepare written reports
  • Maintain accurate licensing, personnel, and foster home records

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Services, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field
    -REQUIRED
  • Administrative experience
  • Marketing or recruitment experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
Foster Program Placement Specialist

As the primary contact for new referrals, you will guide prospective clients through the intake process and coordinate placements with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities include:

  • Respond to referral inquiries
  • Conduct intake interviews and screenings
  • Determine eligibility for Eagle Quest Foster Program services
  • Coordinate admissions with clinical staff and community partners
  • Maintain census and referral documentation
  • Educate families and referral sources about program services
  • Ensure compliance with agency and payer requirements
  • Facilitate smooth client transitions into services

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Services, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field
    -REQUIRED
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of behavioral health services preferred
  • Experience working with higher-level-of-care youth and family preservation programs preferred
General Requirements
  • Reliable transportation and current automobile insurance
  • Valid Nevada driver's license
  • Ability to pass FBI, Interstate, and DFS background clearances (candidate expense; reimbursable after hire where applicable)
  • Eligibility to obtain DFS Direct Care clearance
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard computer applications
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
