Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada is seeking a Case Manager I for the Emergency Men’s Shelter in Las Vegas, NV. You will build rapport with shelter clients, enroll them in services, and help develop individualized Housing First plans to move clients toward housing and stability.
You’ll coordinate with Case Manager II and other team members, document progress, track outcomes, and ensure confidentiality while working in a fast-paced shelter environment.
