Endeavors in Las Vegas, NV is hiring a Case Manager/Outreach & Intake Specialist for the Homeless Veterans' Reintegration Program (HVRP). You will lead outreach, eligibility determinations, intake, and individualized service planning to help Veterans obtain and sustain meaningful employment.
Coordinate supportive services, monitor progress, and maintain records in Salesforce. A Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of relevant experience, with Veteran services background preferred, are required.
