Shannon West Homeless Youth Center in Las Vegas, NV, seeks a Case Manager to provide direct case management to homeless and at-risk youth in the Emergency Shelter Program. Under supervision, you will develop client-centered plans within 72 hours of intake and coordinate services to help residents reach goals.
