Safe Nest in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Residential Advocate for overnight coverage in its confidential shelter. You will provide direct survivor support, crisis response, and operational help to ensure a safe, respectful environment for residents and families.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in DV shelter settings, with strong communication and trauma-informed skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Must be flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
