Job Title:

Copilot Studio Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled Copilot Studio Developers to join our team and create AI-powered agents for our client’s business processes. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement conversational agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio to automate and enhance key functions, such as policy retrieval, hiring, and procure to pay processes. We have multiple positions available, including 2 offshore and 1 onsite role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop conversational agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio to meet specific business needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for agents, including:
    • A chatbot for employees to access company policies
    • Automation of the hiring process
    • Streamlining the procure to pay process
  • Implement natural language understanding to ensure agents accurately interpret and respond to user queries
  • Integrate agents with relevant data sources and enterprise systems (i.e. policy databases, HR platforms, procurement tools)
  • Test, debug, and refine agents to ensure high accuracy, reliability, and user satisfaction
  • Provide documentation and support to end-users for effective adoption and use of the agents
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in developing conversational AI solutions or chatbots
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar low‑code AI platforms (i.e. Power Virtual Agents, Dialogflow)
  • Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders and team members
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C# for customizations
  • Knowledge of business processes in HR, procurement, or policy management domain
  • Experience working in distributed or remote teams, with flexibility to collaborate across time zones (especially for offshore roles)
Compensation, Benefits and Duration:

Minimum Compensation: USD 40,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 140,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
This position is available for independent contractors
